After many weekends of procrastination and less than desirable weather, I headed down to Dorrigo National Park yesterday for a good hike and new location for photos. The ‘Wonga Walk’ is almost 6km, along the way winding its way through dense rainforest, with beautiful mountain / valley views as well as a couple of waterfalls.
I then decided to take the road out to the ‘Never Never’ Picnic area, stopping to try my hand at a few HDR landscapes. I’ve never really tried much HDR post-production before, it certainly adds a new element to landscapes with its tonal range.

Wow… I really dig that waterfall shot. Was that HDR? It’s very subtle if it is.

The waterfall shot was a pseudo-HDR, using the same RAW image 3 times (-1,0,+1) rather than 3 individual varying exposures. Each of the other 3 landscapes were all generated from their own 3 individual varying exposures.

Nice! We like HDR! the more sky the better -clear blue sky is nice for being outside but clouds are much better for all the HDR possibilities. We like your pseudo-HDR, very nice color tones.
Have you tried Topaz Adjust? It gives some of the same HDR-effect to a single exposure. Quite fun
